Who we are

Glex &Co. is a law firm and real estate consultancy with more than 25 years of experience advising individuals, companies, investors and developers throughout the Canary Islands.

We work with a clear focus: to turn complex processes into safe decisions.

Our team combines international experience —we have studied and worked in different European countries— with a deep knowledge of the Canary Islands real estate market and its regional and municipal regulations.

This balance allows us to offer a specialized, rigorous and personalized service.

Our story

Glex & Co. was born with the idea of ​​combining legal experience, international vision and local knowledge. Over the years, we have expanded our areas, integrated new profiles, created our own methodology and accompanied clients in projects that have boosted the development of different areas of the Canary Islands. Today we continue to grow with the same purpose: to offer security and clarity in every operation.

Real estate consulting and investments

We assist national and international clients in the purchase, sale and management of real estate, including risk analysis, market studies, due diligence and strategic planning.

Urban planning and large projects

We advise on the planning and urban development of residential, tourism, commercial, logistics, and industrial projects in the Canary Islands. We also work on initiatives of general interest: sports facilities, port infrastructure, transport facilities, industrial parks, and data centers.

Urban planning and administrative law

We offer comprehensive support in land management, planning, permits, urban development regulations, expropriations, and sector-specific regulations (social housing, tourism uses, commerce, building restrictions). We represent our clients in administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings.

Specialists in international clients

We speak Spanish, English, French, and German, which allows us to fluently advise foreign buyers and investors and coordinate transactions from start to finish, including through a power of attorney.
